Description

One of my regrets about not taking part in the W4STE tournament over at :iconw4ste-oct: was Vigil not meeting this guy - This is FR4ME - a demonic creature invented by :iconevil-stan: Definitely one of the most visually interesting characters I've seen for a while.

So here's the story! Vigil might be refusing to take part in the Judges tournament, but FR4ME has other ideas!

Can anyone explain why all the W4STE stuff has fours in the names? I haven't got a clue...
